Terms of Service

Acceptance

Using {{ site.name }} means you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. Accounts created on behalf of an organization may only be used by people authorized to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for everything sent through your account. Don't use {{ site.name }} to:

• Generate content that is illegal where you are or where {{ site.name }} is operated.
• Attempt to extract credentials, abuse rate limits, or interfere with other accounts.
• Resell access without an active reseller arrangement with us.
• Deceive, harass, or harm people, or violate any upstream provider's policies.

Credits and billing

Calls are billed against your in-account credit balance at the price shown for each model at the time of the call. Credits aren't legal tender, can't be cashed out, and have no value outside {{ site.name }}. Top-ups are final once posted; we don't refund unused credits absent a legal obligation to do so.

Upstream providers

{{ site.name }} relays your requests to third-party upstream providers that actually run the models. Their availability, behavior, and policies are theirs, not ours. We do our best to keep the relay reliable but can't guarantee any particular model is available at any given moment.

Your content and IP

You keep ownership of the prompts you send and the outputs we return to you. You grant us a minimal, non-exclusive licence to process them for the purpose of delivering the service. We don't train models on your traffic.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or puts us in legal jeopardy. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Material changes are highlighted at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which {{ site.name }} is operated, unless local law mandates otherwise. The operator's jurisdiction is listed on the Imprint page.
