Privacy Policy
This describes what {{ site.name }} collects, why we collect it, and what we do not collect.
What we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the service:
- Account info you provide: username, email, optional display name.
- Authentication state: hashed passwords, hashed API keys, refresh-token IDs.
- Billing data: top-ups, balances, per-call cost rows.
- Operational logs: a 24-hour rolling record of each relay call (model, token counts, status code, IP), kept for abuse prevention and your own activity view.
What we don't collect
We don't store the full prompts you send or the full responses you receive. We don't sell user data. We don't use your traffic to train models.
Forwarding to upstream providers
When you call a model, {{ site.name }} forwards the request to the relevant upstream provider so the model can actually run. Those providers process the request under their own privacy terms. We pass only what the protocol requires — prompt content, model id, sampling parameters.
Retention
Activity logs are kept for 24 hours, then deleted automatically. Account, billing, and balance records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we are legally required to retain them after closure.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, and delete your account data from the dashboard. If a deletion request requires manual action, email us and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
