Confirm your current password, then enter the new one twice.
Two-factor authentication
Use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.) to require a 6-digit code on every sign-in.

Backup codes
Save these now — they're shown only once. Each code works once if you lose your authenticator.
This issues a new secret and fresh backup codes. Your old authenticator and any unused backup codes will stop working.
